Personal Cultivation Classes

Overview: Personal Cultivation Classes

Various classes are available for students interested in their own personal cultivation and self development.

• Introductory Qigong 1A (prerequisite to MQP)
• Intermediate Qigong 1B (prerequisite to MQP)
• Sun Tai Chi (required for MMQ)
• Core Training
• Brocade Meditation
• Taoist Longevity Exercises
• Microcosmic Orbit Meditation (required for MQT)
• Taoist Meditation

Enrolment in Medical Qigong certification is not required to enjoy the Personal Cultivation (PC) classes. Some PC classes are, however, required for various levels of certification, and some classes may be taken to satisfy the "Individual Studies" or "Other Studies" requirements for the various certificates. Introductory Qigong (1A) and Intermediate Qigong (1B) are prerequisites to beginning the Medical Qigong certification process. Both of these classes provide a solid foundation of Personal Cultivation for the student, which is absolutely essential before beginning medical studies.
