Medical Qigong Therapeutic Exercise Prescriptions
Date: 3rd Sunday in August, September and October 2008,

In the ninth module the emphasis is placed on when and how to administer Medical Qigong Prescriptions. Course content will include Introduction to Medical Qigong Prescriptions and Regulation Exercises, Specific Organ Self Massage Prescriptions, Healing Sound Therapy and Prescriptions, Medical Qigong Regulation Exercises, and Daoist Qigong Regulation Exercises.
Objectives: After completing this module, students will know how and when to prescribe Medical Qigong exercises and meditations for Purgation, Tonification and Regulation for specific physical and mental medical disorders.
Tenth Module: Section X (Chapters 43 - 48)
Treatment of Internal Diseases with Medical Qigong Therapy
Date: 3rd Sunday in November and December 2008,
8am - 6pm
Class Info: 2 classes, 9 hours per class, total 18 hours

In the tenth module the emphasis is placed on when and how to administer Medical Qigong Therapy. Course content will include Medical Qigong Qi Emission Therapy for Liver Diseases, Heart Diseases, Spleen and Stomach Diseases, Lung Diseases, Kidney Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases.
Objectives: After completing this module, students will know how and when to diagnose, treat and prescribe Medical Qigong exercises and meditations for Purgation, Tonification and Regulation for specific organ and channel conditions as they relate to the patient's physical, emotional, mental and spiritual states.
Eleventh Module: Section XI (Chapters 49 - 56)
Medical Qigong Therapy for Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Neurology, and Psychology
Date: 3rd Sunday in January and February 2009,
8am - 6pm

In the eleventh module the emphasis is placed on an introduction to specializations within Medical Qigong Therapy. Course content will include Medical Qigong Qi Emission Therapy for Pediatrics, Geriatrics, Gynecology, Neurology (Stroke, Coma, Paralysis and Multiple Sclerosis), and Energetic Psychology.
Objectives: After completing this module, students will have had an exposure to specialized clinical treatments of physical illness and the management of the patient's emotional, mental and spiritual states.
